Sky Contracting is a veteran owned general contracting company specializing in capital expenditure projects for commercial and multifamily properties, our aim is to make your life easier. Whether you are a property manager, member of the board, or owner of the property. We serve everyone and foster an environment of respect where individuals are celebrated based on their mindset, unique abilities, personality, teamwork, dedication, and desire to serve their community. Our aim is to glorify God through our work and give back to our community in a big way.

ABOUT THE OWNER

Jeremy Turner

I’m Jeremy Turner. I was born and live right here in Dayton, Ohio. After graduating early from Northmont High School, I joined the U.S. Army on my 17th birthday.

While serving in the U.S. Army I earned my MBA in International Business from Wright State University. After completing my Army service, I entered the corporate world to gain valuable experience, starting my career at R+L Carriers in Wilmington, Ohio, and then at Chase Bank in Middletown, Ohio. While I appreciated the business skills these positions taught me, I yearned to be an entrepreneur, and I knew I had the knowledge, work ethic, drive, and discipline that I needed to be successful.

After growing the first business, Apply Pressure,  I developed deep relationships with people in the multifamily industry. I became aware of the greatest needs between property managers and contractors and I wanted to serve in a bigger way. Thus Sky Contracting was born after seeing the big gap between what property managers needed and contractors could provide.

Kane Holtvoigt

Kane Holtvoigt, a proud native of Miamisburg, Ohio, brings extensive entrepreneurial expertise and restoration industry knowledge to Sky Contracting as a partner. Kane founded Big Shot Promos in Dayton, Ohio, transforming it into a leading Midwest promotional company specializing in high-quality outdoor balloons, banners, flags, and professional showroom balloon displays for car dealerships across nine states. By implementing strategic systems, he ensured the company’s continued growth, allowing him to launch Big Shot Roofing & Restoration. Starting from scratch with no industry contacts, Kane built the restoration business through dedication, growing it via referrals, word-of-mouth, and hands-on support for fire victims at residential fire scenes. His proven ability to scale businesses and deliver exceptional service strengthens Sky Contracting’s commitment to high-quality exterior contracting and restoration.

Kane is married with a daughter and also takes care of his nephews and nieces. Kane attends Victory Church in Tipp City Ohio with Jeremy on Sundays. Kane’s dog Blue is attached to his hip and bites at his heels while he’s writing up proposals for your roofing projects. Kane also occasionally provides free temporary housing for people experiencing homelessness to help them get on their feet.

Joe Swartz

Joe Swartz is an industry professional. Joe spent over a decade of his professional career in property management with Towne properties serving Columbus and Dayton. He has also worked with Feazel as a service manager. Joe brings his clarity, commitment, communication skills, and technical expertise to our teams.
